The Casual Christian

Our Mission

One purpose at The Casual Christian is to help churches take full advantage of the outreach power of the Internet to spread the Gospel. We do this by providing all the resources necessary to produce an online newsletter that maximizes personal connection through the 'pull' capabilities of the Internet, i.e. by appealing to those issues that are of particular interest to the reader. Biblical truths and illustrations are then used to flesh out a message that is contemporary and relevant. 

Another purpose is to build Christian community within the Body of Christ by showing churches how to involve members in mutual ministry, encouraging and comforting one another in practical ways in a secure, online network.

Our Method

The Casual Christian comes in an electronic newsletter format that is published quarterly. Your church provides the content. The tools are simple enough for almost anyone to use and available online at The Casual Christian , Vertical Response and Bravenet.com for little or no cost. Your church webmaster can manage the site. It comes with a variety of tools available on your own personalized control panel. This is a low cost, low maintenance, user friendly tool that will provide a deeper dimension to the body life of your church and expand your outreach into the community.
